Dr. MaCalus Hogan and third-year Pitt Med student, Warren Austin, recently appeared on the July 11 episode of Talk Pittsburgh (https://www.cbsnews.com/pittsburgh/talk-pittsburgh/). Warren was recently selected for the NFL’s Diversity in Sports Medicine Pipeline Initiative. Warren will complete in a clinical rotation with the NFL Pittsburgh Steelers. During this rotation, he will attend training camp and work with the Steeler’s medical staff to observe patient management as well as learn important return to play guidelines for various sports injuries.
