Dr. Robin West has been named a 2016 IMPACT25 honoree by espnW for their Woman of the Year Award. Named as a 2016 influencer, Dr. West is the first head team doctor for both an NFL team and an MLB team, and also leads the medical staffs for the Washington Redskins and Nationals.
Formerly with the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Dr. West is currently Medical Director of Inova Sports Medicine in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Inova Health System, and holds an appointment as Associate Professor at both Georgetown University Medical Center and Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.
