NASCAR driver, Ryan Blaney, visits UPMC Concussion Center

Ryan Blaney is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 12 Ford Mustang GT for Team Penske. He is the son of NASCAR driver Dave Blaney and the grandson of modified dirt track legend Lou Blaney.

The UPMC concussion clinic has provided care for Nascar drivers for over 20 years, starting with the Chip Ganassi team, Dale Earnhardt, and others. NASCAR drivers actually have the highest IMPACT baseline score among all sports - makes sense as they must make critical decisions while racing at 200 mph!
